Basic Function:
Improve the stability and test accuracy of the original 4000-ton multi-function loader, and realize the joint control with the 6000-ton test machine to upgrade the existing 4000-ton multi-function loader (test machine) controller:
- The upgraded 4-channel controller satisfies the force and displacement control of 4000 tons vertical, 400 tons horizontal, and 200 tons vertical loading on both sides;
- It has a digital communication interface with a 6000-ton controller to meet the needs of 10,000-ton joint control;
- The lifting console is upgraded to a PLC touch screen console.
