The large-scale multi-function dynamic-static structure testing system adopts a four columns loading frame with two side lateral supports;a composed cross beam includes two beams and one base plate for vertical actuator is clapped on four circular columns by a hydraulic clamping device, and is connected with the lateral support at both ends by the linear guide device. The horizontal loading actuator is connected with the lateral support by glide line and a vertical position slave moving control device. The multi-channel IPC controller POP-M, which is worked at windows 10, and by use of a hydraulic power system with 200L/min flow rate, realized the load and displacement close-loop controlled test for the typical structure specimen such as beams, columns, plates, walls, frames and joints.
By use of the hydraulic clamping device which makes the loading frame to zero-gap with high stiffness, this large-scale testing system can not only do automatic step less testing space adjusting, but also realizes fatigue or circle loading test for large structure specimen. The maximum loading frequency is 10Hz concerned with the stiffness of the specimen to be tested.
In addition, this testing system can be expanded into a 3D loading system to do complex structure test by Expandable horizontal loading capacity: 20t, 50t, 100t.
