Pre-stressed Frame Type Large Scale Multi-function Structure Testing System

The Pre-stressed Frame Type Large-scale Multi-function Structure Testing System is a kind of structure testing system based on the large-scale multi-function structure testing system used in Hong Kong Polytechnic University without the slave moving servo control system, and also, the space adjusting part is changed from automatic adjusting device with hydraulic lifting and pin piercing fixing part to the hydraulic lifting with pad space adjusting and pre-stressed fixing device. It can be used to perform the typical structure test with heavy plane or space loading needs.
The testing system uses this space adjustable pre-stressed self-reaction bearing frame as vertical loading frame. The horizontal self-reaction frame is composed of the main loading frame, the connecting parts and the reaction wall or a horizontal support frame if there is no reaction wall in the lab. The POP-M multi-channel electro-hydraulic servo controller controls the vertical main loading actuator and one or more horizontal loading actuators to complete the seismic performance test of typical structures such as column, beam, plate, wall, frame, joints, etc.

  • Effective range of test load: 4% - 100% FS;
  • Performing full closed-loop control of displacement and load of all actuators;

  • Testing space of conventional configuration: 4000mm* 2500mm * (1000-4500 mm adjustable ) ;
  • Motor driven specimen convey table;
  • The type of main frame can be designed according to the actual space and test requirements of the user's laboratory;
  • Equipped with computer electro-hydraulic servo multi-channel controller POP-M and windows application software POPWARE-M specially designed for the seismic performance test of typical structure specimen.
