Electro-hydraulic Servo Controlled Universal Testing Machine

WAW Series Computer-electro-hydraulic Servo Controlled Universal Testing Machine is the mostly used testing machine in the area of material’s mechanical capability testing. By adopt a loading frame, a contract hydraulic power station and a computer controller, the testing machine can perform the test by means of tension, compression, bending or shearing method according to the Chinese GB standard or ASTM, BS, JIS or DIN standard according to customer’s request.

WAW-C Series

1. Hydraulic auto clamping: easy operating, non-slipping.
Additional attachments for rebar, stranded wire, bolt clamping, or clamping jaws with steps can also be provide according to request.
2. High precision load measuring device: by use of a precise hydraulic pressure sensor as the load sensor, the load measuring device can reach a wide range load measurement with high accuracy and no lateral force effect.
High precision piston stroke measuring device: by use of a photoelectric encoder as the displacement sensor, the machine can get 0.01mm piston stroke resolution
3. Movable lower cross beam: crossbeam position can be adjusted by a motor and a worm and gear system.
4. Contract hydraulic power station: Integrated the hydraulic oil tank, the high pressure low noise gear pump with motor, the electric control panel and circuit, the Moog servo valve together into the station box in order to get the contracted construction and good performance. By use of load-adapting principle, the hydraulic power station can get quick response control result with very low power resumption and noise.
5. Output interface: a standard network interface. It can be used for data transmission and storage both inside LAN and on the internet.
6. Controller: a kind of built-in controller. Data acquisition card and I/O card are plugged inside a PC, and the application software which worked under the Windows, make ensure that the machine can doing the close-loop control of specimen deformation, piston displacement and load at the module of constant loading speed, constant piston stroke speed, constant strain speed control etc. It can also doing the cycle test of load, piston stroke and sample strain. During the test, the control model can alternated smoothly.

WAW-G Series

1. Height adjustable chock block crossbeam positioning.
2. Semi-opened upper and lower jaw-blocks have best stiffness.
3. Plating columns are anti-rust. The pair of rotatable screw rods are the remarkable difference between the WAW- C Series and the WAW-D Series. The position of the lower crossbeam is adjustable by a motor which rotate the pair of screw rods.
